The hermitages along the Francescan route of St Francis, Assisi-Ermo delle Carceri and the forest of Subasio. A beautiful route that covers the route of San Francis (which con-nects La Verna and Rome) and brings you to one of the most important prayer places of St Francis. After visiting the hermitage, you can immerse yourself in the forest of Subasio like a true antique pilgrim.
DEPARTING at 9.00 from the Piazza Matteotti car park and returning at around 13,00. Diffi-culty: medium. Price €10,00.

Excursion along the old railway Spoleto-Norcia that today offers an unusual walk that is full of surprises.: tunnels ( a good example of how man performed a great engineering feat in the construction of the railway right in the thick of nature) wo-ods and little valley. DEPARTING at 9.00 from Santa Anatolia di Narco and returning at around 13,00. Difficulty: medium-easy . Price €10,00.

In the Monti Sibillini National Park-Walking on the snow (with snow rackets)
Trek through the snowy silence of the ancient forests of Monti Sibillini National Park. Marvel at the fairytale landscape with views across to Castelluccio and note the tracks of forest animals in the snow.
Meeting point 9.00 a.m. in Norcia (at shop “Emporio della Sibilla”), Duration 3 hours;(10.30-13.30) Gradient 200mts; Difficulty suitable for all ages and levels of fitness; Cost € 18 includ-ing the hire of rackets.
For all the excursions: walking shoes, comfortable clothing, water, minimum of 6 partici-pants, discount for minors. Activities for members Solearia.
