FRAME the first Franciscan interactive media center.  

Three multimedia rooms that will be screened documentaries on the life of St. Francis, the basilicas, and the friars of Assisi, five multimedia workstations, two giant screens of 10 square meters, three touch screen and a 3D screen where the first documentary will be screened in 3D the life of the Sacred Convent of Assisi. Are the numbers of FRAME, which stands for Franciscan Media, which was inaugurated on 5th October by the President of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano, in Assisi in the structure - located in front of the Basilica of St. Francis - which already hosts the Press Room of the Sacred Convent.
"The idea of ​​the Franciscan community - developed and manufactured by Capware, a leader in innovative communication of cultural heritage - is to offer the millions of pilgrims who come to Assisi - said the director of the press, father Enzo Fortunato -'' a multimedia media to serve as an introduction to the visit of the Basilica and the works of St. Francis and the Franciscan Friars: the pilgrims will be able to attend and participate together in a variety of multimedia and interactive stories that will make them more aware and involved in the Spirit of Assisi ''.
The digital revolution has landed in Assisi definitively. After the birth of MUMA, the first missionary museum multimedia in Europe, opened by the Capuchin Friars two years ago, it was the turn of the Friars Minor who give life to "Frame", the first Franciscan media library. Will be managed by the religious community of the Sacred Convent of Assisi and set up in front of the Lower Basilica of St. Francis. Today, November 18th, has been blessed and  on this occasion has been screened, in 'special room set up for viewing in 3D, the first three-dimensional movie on the life of the friars of the local Franciscan community.
The media also has salt and multimedia workstations that will be seen documentary on the life of St. Francis, on the history of the basilicas, and the convent of the friars of Assisi. Thanks to the touch screen and the screens of ten square meters, you can see the cycle of frescoes by Giotto and Cimabue on the life of St. Francis. Great attention was also given to scholars and experts and 'it can access the archives digitized. Eight centuries of history to them.
The media offers the millions of pilgrims who come to Assisi - is written in a statement of the Sacred Convent - even a video introduction to the visit of the Basilica and the life of St. Francis.

Perugia (PG) - From Assisi to pop temple, the legendary Abbey Road Studios, where recorded the Beatles. It is the experience of the Franciscan friar Alessandro Brustenghi, Order of Friars Minor, 34 years olt, a tenor who won the Decca-Universal and the major recorded the album that will be on shops tomorrow with the title 'Voice from Assisi '. Studios in London friar Alexander brought the message of St. Francis through 11 tracks from the sacred repertoire. The proceeds will go 'to the works of charity' of Friars Minor.

The Association of Friends cartoon Città di Castello, for the tenth anniversary of the Festival of  Comics Tiferno, will offer from September 29 to October 21, an exhibition entitled Lupo Alberto - Almost a relative, where he also will meet all the characters of farm Mckenzie, characters created by the pen of Silver (Guido Silvestri). 
 The magnificent halls of Palazzo Quadrilatero Bufalini, in the historic center of Città di Castello, host tables of the sympathetic wolf, from the first appearance to the more recent strips. The exhibition will trace the history of the character through the exhibition of original plates and strips, with murals, stage sets, projections and some particular works such as original drawings of the comic book dedicated to the art of Correggio. A section of the exhibition, which includes Cattivik, another famous character created by Bonvi but then developed by Silver.And do not forget the important meeting on 6 and 7 October with the Show-Market Tiferno Comics, which will see Piazza Matteotti and the loggia of Palazzo Bufalini invaded by numerous stands of comics. Given the huge success of last year, more than 300 square meters will be dedicated to manga and in the day of Sunday, October 7th will be held the second edition of Cosplay Contest which will award a prize to the winner of each category.The 2012 show will be preceded by a major celebratory anthology entitled The great adventure. Ten years of exhibitions by Tex Lupo Alberto that the splendid cloister of San Domenico, reopened for the occasion, will host from September 13 until the end of the main exhibition. For the occasion, be repeated to the public exhibitions that have been made in the past ten years, through documents, photographs, published materials and the original designers of the players have made their exhibitions to Città di Castello.
